Please don't waste your money on this book. The very first recipe in the book calls for an egg in the ingredients list and then never directs you to use it in the instructions. Another recipe lists the cook time as 1hour 45 minutes, I tallied the listed times in the instructions and it only comes up to 15 minutes. The recipe for sesame green beans calls for a pound of green beasts, one tablespoon oil, some sesame seeds and chicken stock, it makes four servings. Calories per serving are listed as 333. This is grossly inaccurate. There are recipes using sweetened condensed milk and Devi's food cake mix for goodness sake.This book is badly in need of an editor.
I was unable to find many of the ingredients in local grocery stores. One recipe has psyllium husk powder, coconut flour, and coconut cream. None of these are in my local grocery store. Diabetics (who are frequently searching for lower carb recipes) are at high risk for heart disease and some recipes call for 1 cup of butter and heavy cream and others call for bacon grease. Check with your cardiologist to see if they think this is a good idea (I think not).

Information is good an easy enough to follow. I just can't get over the lack of quality color pictures. The cover is so vibrant I expected the contents to be the same.
This book would be great if the photographs of the featured recipes were in color like on the cover, so I can see if what I'm making turned out per the recipe. Instead, this book looks like someone photocopied recipes in black and white and bound it! I may sound picky, but color recipe cookbooks bring the food to life, and encourages the reader to cook!
I really enjoy having this book for giving me restaurant quality dishes and instruction on how will I have the perfect body I always wanted to have. It will definitely help you to lose weight and eliminate those unwanted fats in your body.
This cookbook has a great variety of recipes to keep anyone on a Keto diet.Helpful guide to healthier eating.The recipes are easy, simple and eccentric.Highly recommend, favorite low carb book of my library...
Recipes are clearly written and easy to follow but serving sizes are not realistic. Also, a number of recipes call for all purpose flour which contradicts current thinking about a low carb diet.
