As a crochet fanatic, I wanted to learn more about the craft. I ordered this book because it summarizes everything that I needed to know.To my dismay, the book has some basic info and the pictures are really bad. Black and white, not clear. It is not very appealing and motivating.It is more a book of video links and website links. I kept it just for the filet crochet otherwise, I would have returned it.You can find most of this stuff on You tube with clear explanations and colors.If you are a beginner, I wouldn't recommend it. Buy instead the Leisure Art magazine: I can't believe I am crocheting!For info: the Kindle edition is in color with very good pictures however the paperback edition is pretty lousy.I finally decided to return it. To be honest, I was expected to receive 3 books as showed on the site but instead received this book.So if you willing to use it on digital form, go for it. I highly do not recommend the paperback version.

My girlfriend wanted to learn how to do crochets. She got this book and started practicing. After reading this book and more practice, she was able to make me a scarf and a couple of other items, like beanies and a coin purse for her niece. This book taught her everything that she needed to know to be able to make those items, from the most basic things to the more complex patterns.
This is a nice little book for beginners. The information is mostly available by logging onto websites listed in book. I would prefer to just read techniques in the actual book.
There is some useful knowledge for some of the projects I do and plan to do, but it was not quite as informative ass I thought it would be.
I have heard about crochet, but I never got a chance to learn it. I never expected a Kindle book on crochet. This book explains everything that we should know about crochet. You can easily learn the basic stitches and techniques used in the art of crochet in this book. This book also helps you to learn about the hooks and equipment you need to start out and all about yarn and its various uses and start some basic projects.
This box set will guide beginners on the basics of crochet. I haven't done anything yet, but I'm looking forward to making some stitches with the help of these books. This offers unlimited inspiration, with fun to crochet patterns, selection of styles, textures and color combinations. A brilliant book for those new to crochet, sure to make a range of beautiful projects. Nice!

This book has been really a big help on refreshing me on how to croceht, what I liked this is that it is not just for beginners but from beginners, to expert. Very comprehensive. Easy to understand ergo easy to follow. Thanks for this.
